All cats housed in the same unit must be from the same family.
Medical history must accompany cats on medication who are not RVC patients

Daily rates are charged per calendar day stay in the cattery.
Daily routine grooming is complimentary, however, remedial grooming and de-matting will be charged a fee. Please ask the team for an estimate.
A cancellation fee may apply if a minimum of 24 hours notice is not given.
A $55 non-refundable deposit is required is required to secure your booking over Easter, Christmas and New Year per.
Any cat found to have parasites present will be treated and charged accordingly.
Extra charges may apply for additional/specialty feeding requirements.
MEDICATION
Daily medication administered at no extra cost.
If your cat requires medical assistance, this will be provided by the experienced team at RVC.
Isolation facilities on site for your cat’s safety.

Price Adjustment Policy
Prices for services at Woodend Cattery are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
We endeavour to add a price adjustment notice to the Services page on our website atleast 30 days prior to an adjustment being made.
For guests who have prepaid their stay in full, any price adjustments made prior to arrival will not affect the prepaid rate.
For guests who have not prepaid their stay, if there is a price adjustment between the time of booking and your cat's arrival date, you will be notified in advance, and provided with the opportunity to prepay by a specified date at the current rate in order to avoid the adjustment.
Our policy ensures transparency and offers you the flexibility to secure your booking at the prevailing rate.
